IPD and Absa Commercial Property Finance invite you to the IPD Understanding Property Derivatives training course taking place on Thursday, 14th June 2007 at the Melrose Arch Hotel in Johannesburg.
The course will be presented by James Henry from The Derivatives and Securities Consultancy and Angela Sheahan, Senior Research Analyst at IPD UK.
The training course will provide delegates with a good understanding of the property derivatives market in the UK and its potential application to the South African property sector. The workshop will cover the types of property derivative products available, drawing parallels with other asset classes, and explain the current applications, strategies and structures being used in the UK by property fund managers, property companies and banks. The course will be presented through a mixture of slides, worked examples, exercises and discussion
