Construction of the R85m Madison business suites situated in Tyger Waterfront in the Western Cape is to commence soon.
The AAA grade offices will not only serve as the official headquarters for MSP Developments, but will also be the first commercial development project handled by the developers.
"Our core focus has always been on residential developments - providing affordable housing solutions across the Western Cape. We feel that we are more than ready to tackle the commercial property development league," says Riaan Roos, group CEO of MSP Developments.
Containing five floors and three levels of basement parking, all the units of Madison have already been sold. It will also be home to businesses such as Imperial Bank, Bechini Investments 51 and Mostert & Bosman Attorneys.
Construction is set to commence in this month with completion estimated for the end of August 2008.
