The sixth and final building in an office development in Somerset West has recently been launched.
The Arun Place development is located next to Vergelegen Medi-Clinic and the Arun Place 6 building now offers AAA grade office space.
"In the face of the national energy crisis and global warming, this building has been designed to address these issues by utilising energy efficient and sustainable systems," says Arun director Johan Launscher.
Building six will be the first to offer a basement parking level, naturally ventilated and offering 72 parking bays. An additional 17 parking bays will be available on the ground floor.
Arun Place 6 offers a total lettable area of over 2,000sq m over three floors and offices can flexibly be divided into areas ranging from 70sq m to 200sq m on the ground and first floor. The second floor accommodates 472sq m of lettable office space. Boardroom facilities are also available and the building is wheelchair friendly.
The building will also boast a restaurant with an internal seating area of 117,45sq m and 52,25sq m external seating on a wooden deck overlooking the duck pond and landscaped gardens.
The development is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2009.
