Growthpoint recently invested in one of its prime developments, Grayston Office Park. The new and improved development currently boasts 13834m² of letable area and as one of our most prominent office parks, underwent a successful R14 million upgrade that displayed excellence in both design and innovation. The refurbishment included the following:
External painting External tiling and patio upgrade Ablution facilities upgrade and extension Lobby upgrades including glass front doors and new foyer entrance feature walls External signage upgrade Internal tiling
The project included the installation of pristine ‘Inverter air-conditioning’ that was approved by Eskom. This type of air conditioning is not only green but also reduces the energy consumption of the park. These enhancements kept in line with Growthpoint’s inclination towards greener buildings and ensured that the completed project met with our client’s needs and provided for further growth.
