The properties listed on this site are owned by a variety of individuals and institutions. They are NOT owned or managed by Sokolic Property Group. Sokolic Property Group are property brokers and list mandated stock on www.commercial-property.co.za with the intention of securing tenants or buyers for stock which we are mandated to act as brokers on.
Q: Why was this site started? A: Commercial-property.co.za was started to allow individuals, business owners and managers to search for premises, investments or developments easily and efficiently.
Q: Do I have to pay to list my property on www.commercial-property.co.za A: We carry two kinds of listings, a paid for listing where the landlord pays for their listing and is marked as the contact person for the property advertisement, and a generic broker listing where we are mandated to be the broker. In this case, listing is free. We will in all cases possible assist you in getting pictures of your property posted to the site. The property is then syndicated to our brokers who earn a commission on successfully placing a tenant into the premises or securing a buyer.
Q: Disclaimer: Are all the properties on this site always up to date? A: As much as we try to make sure that all the properties advertised on this site are up to date at all times, with the volume of property we are dealing with sometimes this is just not possible. We make sure that all the properties not updated within the last 30 days in our internal database are deactivated from this site.
