Kuils River site on auction 12/12

An erf of almost 2000sq m and with access via Van Riebeeck Road and First Avenue in Kuils River in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs is to be auctioned at 11:00 on site on Wednesday 12 December 2007.
"Kuils River is really the next key growth area in the fast-growing Northern Suburbs," says Paddy Smuts, auctioneer for Pam Golding Commercial Auctions.
The front section of the property - which faces onto Van Riebeeck Road and includes a vacant piece of land and house - has proposed plans for a double-storey building of 500sq m which would accommodate offices, plus parking bays for 22 cars. The rear section, facing onto First Avenue and which currently incorporates a garage and staff quarters, has proposed plans for four townhouses.
In addition, the property is being rezoned which will provide additional, more flexible options over and above these plans.
"There's already interest from a local estate agent to have offices there, and with a car dealership adjacent to the property it could suit a purchaser wishing to open a car dealership or motor trade operation," adds Smuts.
