Lanseria estate releases stands
2008-03-06 · Gauteng
A corporate estate next to the Lanseria airport has released 169 stands for mainly commercial and industrial use.
The servicing of Lanseria Corporate Estate commenced in January this year. It offers 169 stands ranging in size from 3,500sq m to 7,300sq m, of which 50% have been sold. The proclaimed and fully serviced stands will be transferred to purchasers starting in the latter half of 2008.
There are plans to increase the R512 (Malibongwe Drive) from single carriage to dual-carriage in both directions from Cosmo City to Lanseria Airport.
Lanseria Corporate Estate is founded on a new "industrial park vision", which provides architectural guidelines, operational guidelines and standards to be implemented through the Property Owners Association.
State of the art security features including a dual perimeter fence line and 24/7 controlled access at the entrance gate, combined with regular security patrols will give tenants peace of mind. Security walls and fences for each site will be aligned with the front of the buildings to ensure that the visual impact of security at the street edge is minimised.
The estate has an eco-sensitive approach which includes on-site storm water and waste management and the reticulation of treated sewerage for irrigation purposes.
