Almost one third of the plots have been sold and the installation of services will commence early next year at Zandwyk Park, a new industrial development in Paarl, marketed by Devmark Commercial and Nick Geldenhuys Properties.
The development has panoramic views of the Paarl Valley and surrounding mountains with a river that meanders through the middle, says Jean Ehlers of Devmark Commercial.
Zandwyk Park is on the outskirts of Paarl along the R101 (the Simonsvlei/Klapmuts Road). It is easily accessible from the N1, the R44 and R303 and northern suburbs, while Franschhoek, Wellington, Worcester and Ceres are not far away.
"This development will no doubt establish an unique industrial node for Paarl and surrounding areas and is ideally positioned for product and materials distribution," says Ehlers.
"Zandwyk Park will offer high security facilities with 24-hour gate control and Wi-Fi as an extra feature. Subtle design guidelines have been introduced to complement the natural beauty of the area and ensure that the development retains an upmarket and pleasant feel."
There are 45 plots ranging in size from 994m² to 6.643m² and prices start at R1.05 million plus VAT. Installation of services will commence early in 2009 with transfer expected in September.
