PG Junction changing the face of a Stellenbosch Landmark.

Sokolic Platinum, a joint venture company between Sokolic Property Group and Platinum Property has been mandated to secure tenants for Steinhoff Africa’s exciting redevelopment of their character industrial premises approximately 3km from the CBD of Stellenbosch.

The conversion of the PG Bison industrial warehouses and industrial buildings will add a further 40000m² of quality A grade office and retail space onto the Stellenbosch map.

This development will house various training facilities and colleges. These will be supplemented and complemented by retail outlets to cater for these users as well as the general public.
