Located north-east of the Allandale Road off-ramp from the N1 highway, 9 Old Pretoria Road in Midrand has long been the highly visible headquarters of SA cosmetics giant Avroy Shlain.
The property will be looking for a new tenant when the building becomes available in April 2013.
