Comp Trib confirms Stefanutti penalty of R306.9m

The Competition Tribunal has confirmed the administrative penalty of R306.9 million payable by Stefanutti Stocks (SSK).
The company is one of several companies that have agreed to penalties for alleged collusion in the construction industry.
The penalty will be payable in four instalments over the next three years.
