Africrest Properties Transforms Design District Into A Creative Hub In Rosebank

Africrest Properties has almost completed the rejuvenation of their creative hub known as ‘Design District’ in Rosebank, located on the corner Thyrwhitt Avenue & Keyes Avenue.
“The building has already attracted major international companies. Recently leases with Fox International Channels Africa (the television network) and Universal Music have been concluded” comments Justin Blend of Africrest.
Some of the other tenants in Design District include- Trace (the TV channel), SA Fashion Week and The Loerie Awards. There is still some vacant space available to rent (including a spectacular triple volume space) and demand has exceeded all expectations.
