Lorentzville ‘diamonds in the rough’
2014-08-29 · Industrial Developments news
Two commercial properties in Lorentzville, Johannesburg, will soon be brought to market by Park Village Auctions. Located at 7 and 9 Viljoen Street respectively, the properties have great potential, says PVA’s Jaco du Toit.
No 7 comprises a bar area, a kitchen, ablution facilities, offices and a workshop, and measures 448m² in total. No 9 features a shop with reception area, an open-plan office, three separate offices, a modern kitchen and staff cloakrooms, a workshop and incomplete ablution facilities. All in, No 9 measures 447m².
Notes Du Toit: “These two properties are diamonds in the rough. Although they are somewhat rundown, they are both spacious, highly visible and don’t need a massive amount of work to bring them up to scratch.
“Suffice to say, with the right investment, these two properties could well set the tone in the neighbourhood and become commercial hotspots.”
Both properties will be auctioned on site on Thursday September 4, commencing withNo 7 at 11h00. No 9 will be auctioned immediately thereafter.
