Ranking every building in the directory by how many of its listings are currently active shows 333 buildings with 3 or more open listings right now, and 163 with 5 or more, concentrated in a handful of large multi-tenant complexes.

Where the choice is deepest

Cresta Junction in Johannesburg currently has 48 active listings out of 61 ever recorded, and Braampark in Braamfontein has 46 active out of 102. 5 Mellis in Rivonia and The Campus in Bryanston go further still — every listing either building has ever had on the site (39 and 30 respectively) is active right now.

Not only offices, not only Gauteng

The pattern holds outside Johannesburg too: Black River Park in Observatory (27 of 41 active) and 8 Riebeek Street in Cape Town CBD (22 of 22) lead the Western Cape, while Ikageng Gate in Potchefstroom and Links Hill Lifestyle Centre in Westmead show the same depth in North West and KwaZulu-Natal.
