AI needs a source of truth before it becomes a property marketing engine

A property can accumulate several competing versions of its own facts.
One spreadsheet contains an old rental. A brochure carries a previous availability date. An email has a revised specification. A website still displays the earlier information.
Joe Sokolic, founder and CEO of Sokolic Property Group, believes this is a critical issue to resolve before expanding AI-generated marketing.
“If we give a system conflicting information, we should expect uncertainty in the output,” he says. “The business needs a clear process for deciding which information is current and approved.”
His proposed approach begins with an authoritative property record supported by sources. Material fields should show when they were checked and who is responsible for maintaining them.
Different facts also need different review cycles. Availability may require frequent confirmation. Other specifications may change less often but still need dependable evidence.
AI can assist with flagging discrepancies and drafting updated material. Decisions about which conflicting value is correct should remain with someone who can verify it.
An important correction must then reach the places where the information has been published. Updating the database alone may leave an outdated brochure or listing in circulation.
“Accuracy has to travel through the whole marketing process,” Sokolic says. “A correct internal record does not help a prospect reading an incorrect advertisement.”
This creates a practical standard for automation: outputs should be traceable to approved information, and material changes should prompt review of affected content.
For Sokolic, this discipline is part of brand credibility.
“The promise of faster publishing is only valuable when we can maintain confidence in what we publish.”
