Gensec moves into Cape Town CBD
2006-03-22
CEO Marna van der Walt predicts that demand for space in the commercial and residential property markets of Cape Town’s central business district (CBD) will grow strongly.
“To Gensec it made business sense to move into the CBD and to show our commitment to the inner-city renewal, says Van der Walt. Gensec wanted to have a strong business presence in the foreshore and be more accessible to most of our customers, adding to other operational offices in Gensec buildings across Western Cape,” Van der Walt says.
Cape Town is also a viable option for foreign investment.
The retail and entertainment sectors will continue to evolve, boosting tourism, she says.
