In the historic Bo-Kaap area, a tenant has been secured for the 285sqm entire second floor of the prime located Lona building – formerly known as Dixon building and located at 212 Upper Buitengragt Street.
Towards the end of last year (2008) the building was sold to Lona Trading, an export business, which now occupies the top two floors for its headquarters.
Sharon says the recently gutted first floor, comprising 285sqm, is fetching rentals of R90sqm, with a generous tenant allowance to be provided by the landlord for final completion. Parking is available at an additional cost.
