Dbn hotel's suites, rooms being sold
2009-06-24 · KwaZulu-Natal
The Royal Hotel in Durban's CBD is being redeveloped and converted into a "mixed use" project. This redevelopment will see a sell out of nine commercial office floors in the City View Tower and eight exclusive penthouses (off plan) on the 20th and 21st floors in the Bay View Tower.
Sixteen luxury suites and fifty "Best View" standard rooms will be sold on a sectional title basis.
With six diverse restaurants, two bars and conference facilities able to cater for up to 1,000 delegates within its eighteen venues, including a fully equipped business centre, The Royal ticks all boxes for business travellers local or foreign.
While the 200 bedrooms have recently undergone a small facelift to keep up with new trends, there still exists a welcoming, colonial-African ambience.
