2006-06-22
CAPRICORN Park, an industrial node in Muizenberg, Cape Town, is experiencing a strong demand for units, says Pam Golding Commercial.
“Capricorn Park has met with tremendous success in the marketplace. It’s an attractive and therefore desirable area, and is also accessible to the workforce,” says Pam Golding Commercial Auctions broker Solly Gild, who has sold a double-storey 1153m² building there for R2,84m.
Also in Capricorn Park, Seamus Daly, leasing and sales director for Pam Golding Commercial, has concluded a lease with a capital value of R2m for 3000m² of modern warehousing space to a logistics company, UTI Material Handling Division.
