In line with their strategy to improve their value added service offering to their client base, PropertyJobs is proud to announce the appointment of Miss Nicole Annall in their Durban Westville Head Office as a specialist recruitment consultant focussing purely on placements within the property industry. Nicole brings with her a wealth of experience and industry knowledge having worked within both a sales as well as property administration capacity with Sotheby’s International and more recently with Tyson Properties in Durban North.

Kyle Watkins, Chief Executive of PropertyJobs says that by combining Nicole’s previous industry knowledge and proven ability to develop new business channels with the companies existing recruitment infrastructure will provide their clients with an enhanced level of service, and quality candidate sourcing ability. Watkins feels that the best person to judge someone from a “property” perspective is someone with previous property industry experience.

Nicole’s appointment also reflects the growing demand from the industry for a specialised recruitment agency to source experienced property staff at all levels, and across all sectors of this multi-million rand industry. Nicole will be focussing on developing business relationships with real estate (residential & commercial) companies, property managers, construction firms, auction houses, property finance corporations and property developers to name but a few target markets.
