New this month: an "About the area" guide on every suburb page

2026-09-13 · Company News

Following on from the site rebuild we announced earlier this month, we've added a further layer of content aimed at anyone researching an area before they lease or buy: a written overview on every suburb page, alongside the listing counts and rental-history charts already there.

What's new

Suburb pages now open with a short, plain-English overview covering where the area is, how it connects to the rest of the city, the kind of tenants and building stock typically found there, and how it compares to neighbouring nodes — written from the site's own 15 years of listing history rather than generic filler. We're rolling this out area by area; most of the site's active suburb pages have it live already, with the rest following shortly.

Tidying up along the way

The same pass caught and fixed a handful of buildings that had ended up listed under two slightly different spellings of the same name — a legacy of years of manual capture — so their listing history now sits on one page instead of being split across two.

Why it matters

The goal is simple: someone who's never heard of a specific suburb should be able to land on its page and actually understand the area, not just see a table of listings. If you spot an overview that reads oddly for an area you know well, we'd genuinely like to hear about it — use the enquiry form and mention the page.
